Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Product Use
TreadGuard™ products are intended for emergency use only.
Our Emergency Tyre Repair Kit is designed to provide a temporary repair for suitable tread punctures until the tyre can be professionally inspected and permanently repaired or replaced.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely, correctly, and according to any instructions provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreadGuard™ shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss or damage
- Loss of income or profits
- Vehicle damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to seek professional tyre repair following temporary use of the product
- Delays caused by third-party courier services
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that consumers have under applicable South African law.
